  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts toasted
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves optional, for garnish

Method
