Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt low fat or full fat
  • 1/2 cup protein powder chocolate or vanilla flavor
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup to taste, if necessary
  • milk of choice if necessary, see notes

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with protein powder and any optional mix-in (such as cocoa powder). Using a whisk or spoon, stir until the mixture reaches a pudding texture.
  2. Based on protein powder, you may need to thin it out with little milk if too thick.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness with maple syrup or honey, if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately, or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the thickness of the pudding with a splash of milk if it becomes too thick. Adjust sweetness to your taste with maple syrup or honey. This protein pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
