  • 12 pancakes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 ounces whipped topping defrosted
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter melted

Method
 

  1. Stir softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix well.
  2. Fold in whipped topping and mix well.
  3. Wash and chop any fruit and prepare any other toppings.
