  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls halved
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine tortellini, salami, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and basil.

  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
