- Place mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Add in sliced onion, pepperoncini, tomatoes, provolone, salami, and turkey. Top with lettuce and then toss well to combine and coat with the dressing.
Notes
This salad is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes to suit your taste.
