Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad
  • 12 oz strawberries
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2-3 kiwis
Honey Lime Dressing
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Method
 

  1. Cut up strawberries, peaches, blueberries and kiwis, and bring them all into a large bowl.
  2. Combine honey and lime juice in a small bowl, and mix well.
  3. Pour honey lime dressing onto cut-up fruits. Toss gently and be careful not to squash the fruits.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute any of these fruits with others you have on hand, such as mangoes or grapes. This salad is best served fresh.
