Method
- Prepare your workstation with all ingredients and tools within reach.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Soak each rice paper wrapper for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Lay the soaked rice paper on a surface. Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center and fold to seal.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange rangoons on it. Spray lightly with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
These rangoons are best served warm. Feel free to experiment with different dipping sauces to find your favorite pairing.
