  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise preferably Hellmann’s real mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds adds a nutty crunch
  • 4 imitation crab sticks chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 avocado cubed
  • 1 large cucumber English cucumber

Equipment

  • Mandolin
  • Large Deli Container

Method
 

  1. Using a mandolin or a sharp knife, carefully slice the cucumber into 1/8-inch thick slices.
  2. Place the sliced cucumber into a large deli container or glass jar.
  3. Add in the diced crab, diced avocado, mayo, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
  4. Cover the container or jar with a lid securely.
  5. Shake vigorously until all the ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed.
  6. Eat the mixed salad immediately for the freshest taste or serve it in a bowl.
