Flatbread
  • 1 store-bought flatbread or naan 10–12 inches / 25–30 cm
  • 4 oz brie cheese sliced or cubed
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp hot honey or honey mixed with chili flakes
  • fresh thyme leaves optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flatbread on the baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
  3. Top evenly with brie, cranberries, and toasted walnuts.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the brie is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with hot honey while still warm.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.
