  • 2–3 pieces salmon fillets skinless or skin-on, your choice
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or more, to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese use a bit extra for extra creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic paste or 2 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon Tuscan seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-flavored extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz pasta of choice penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti work well
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water adjust for creaminess
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
  3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the fish and vegetables, then add roasted garlic paste, Tuscan seasoning, and garlic pepper seasoning.
  4. Drizzle lightly with lemon-flavored olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the spinach is wilted. (Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model.)
  6. While the salmon cooks, boil the pasta according to package directions. Reserve about ¼ cup of the pasta water before draining.
  7. Transfer the air-fried salmon, spinach, and tomatoes into a large bowl or skillet.
  8. Flake the salmon gently into chunks.
  9. Add the hot pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the mixture.
  10. Sprinkle a bit more Tuscan seasoning if desired and toss until the sauce becomes creamy and coats the noodles evenly.
  11. Plate the creamy salmon pasta and enjoy it warm.
