- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, chicken broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Roll mixture into 16 golf ball-sized portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each ball with melted butter if desired for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and outsides are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
