Ingredients

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup pistachios shelled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Dough and Topping
  • 1 package pre-made crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
  • fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pistachios, fresh rosemary, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the triangles in a circular wreath shape, overlapping the wide ends slightly to form a ring.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the center of the wreath, spreading it evenly. Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling, tucking them under the base of the wreath to create a beautiful shape.
  5. Brush the dough with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
