Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions, roll each into a rope shape, and tie gently into knots. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the knots with melted butter. Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Brush again with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Add extra garlic butter on top for a stronger flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
