- In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons cinnamon.
- Spread mixture evenly on each bread slice, leaving small border at edges.
- Roll up each slice tightly, seal edges with gentle pressure.
- In shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter.
- Dip each roll in egg mixture, then place seam-side down in skillet.
- Cook 2-3 minutes total, rotating to brown all sides.
