Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Spoon 1 tablespoon of pimento cheese into each cup.
- Add a spoonful of red pepper jelly on top of the pimento cheese in each cup.
- If desired, place a pecan piece on top of each filled cup for an extra crunch.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until the phyllo is golden brown and the filling is warm and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and reheated just before serving. For a nut-free version, simply omit the pecans.
