- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form tablespoon-sized balls of dough. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated.
- Place the powdered sugar-coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops have a crinkled appearance.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
