  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with sugar and melted butter.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let them cool on a wire rack before devouring!

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The banana flavor intensifies the longer they sit!
