Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with sugar and melted butter.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool on a wire rack before devouring!
Notes
These cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The banana flavor intensifies the longer they sit!
