Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz. goat cheese softened to room temperature
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves grated
Toppings
  • 1 cup tomato bruschetta homemade or jarred
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
For Serving
  • Grilled crostini or pita

Equipment

  • 1-quart baking dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, and garlic; mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish or ovenproof skillet, and spread into an even layer.
  4. Bake until warmed through and bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Spoon bruschetta overtop, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh chopped basil leaves.

Notes

This dip is best enjoyed warm with grilled crostini or pita. Feel free to adjust the balsamic glaze and basil topping to taste.
