Ingredients
  

Strawberry Salsa
  • 1 pint strawberries hulled and finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno stem and seeds removed, finely diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion peeled and finely diced
  • 0.67 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped, loosely packed
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

  1. Toss all ingredients together until combined. Season with extra salt and pepper, if needed.
  2. If you would like a sweeter salsa, feel free to stir in a few teaspoons of warmed honey.

Notes

This strawberry salsa is great as a dip with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and grilled meats. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeno.
